Products and Pricing:
All products listed on Wowgifft, along with their descriptions and prices, are subject to change at any time. Product purchases are subject to stock availability.
Wowgifft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. If an order is placed with incorrect pricing or information due to typographical errors, Wowgifft may cancel the order and refund the amount if charged. Product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) are approximate and may vary slightly from the displayed images.

Orders and Acceptance of Orders:
At Wowgifft, since all customized gifts are handmade, slight variations from the images shown may occur. Substitutions may be necessary due to regional or temporary unavailability of items. Our team ensures that any substitutions made will be of equal or higher value.
During festive seasons, if a selected item is out of stock, we will notify you with an alternative option. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with the substitute to ensure timely delivery for your special occasion.

Order Modification/Cancellation Policy:
Same-day orders at Wowgifft are processed immediately and cannot usually be modified or canceled. However, if you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at +91 9790033633 (08:00 AM – 10:30 PM, 7 days a week). If the order has not been prepared or dispatched, we will try our best to accommodate your request. For other order modifications or cancellations, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Orders already prepared or dispatched cannot be modified or canceled, and applicable charges may apply.

Order/Delivery Confirmation E-mail and SMS:
After placing an order with Wowgifft, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email and SMS containing order details, including the order number. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at +91 9790033633 (08:00 AM – 10:30 PM, 7 days a week) or email us at support@wowgifft.com. A Delivery Confirmation email and SMS will also be sent once your order is delivered.

Delivery and Order Policy:
At Wowgifft, customized gifts such as T-shirts, mugs, and water bottles are delivered within standard timelines. Same-day and fixed-time orders must be placed before 6:00 PM (Monday–Sunday). Delivery times depend on product availability and location. Delays may occur due to weather, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
For perishable items, delivery is attempted only once. Orders are considered executed if the recipient is unavailable, premises are locked, or delivery is refused. Proof of delivery is provided in case of disputes.

Fix Time Deliveries
Wowgifft strives to deliver midnight orders between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM on the selected date. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may vary by ±30 minutes from the selected time. While we aim for precise timing, exact delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery of Courier Products:
At Wowgifft, courier deliveries for customized gifts such as T-shirts, mugs, and water bottles are handled by trusted partners like Blue Dart or other courier companies. Delivery timelines depend on product availability and destination.
Courier partners do not call prior to delivery, and no redirection is possible. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. In case of recipient unavailability, delivery is attempted twice before returning to the origin. Orders will be considered delivered if the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the package.

Delivery at Remote Locations and Towns:
Wowgifft delivers customized gifts such as T-shirts, mugs, and water bottles only in the cities listed in our serviceable areas. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, and accurate recipient address and contact details are required.
No deliveries are made on national holidays, and in cases of unforeseen events (floods, strikes, etc.), delivery may be rescheduled. Delivery is attempted only once. If undelivered due to reasons beyond our control, the order will be considered executed and no refund or redelivery will be possible.

Duplicate Orders:
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.
If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on your behalf and that will be final.

Payment Terms:
By placing an order with Wowgifft, you agree to pay the applicable product price, delivery fees (if any), and any applicable taxes. You are responsible for all government-imposed taxes, duties, and fees, except those based on Wowgifft’s income. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in these terms. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law. Any costs related to the collection of overdue payments, including attorney and court fees, will be charged to you.

Communications:
You consent to receive communications from us by e-mail, SMS or any other communication made electronically, verbally or physically through post. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that OyeGifts provides to you by e-mail or in any other aforementioned mediums satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Note: Complaints regarding perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, while issues with non-perishable items should be raised within 10 days. After these periods, complaints cannot be registered.

Exchanges:
At Wowgifft, we do not accept requests for product exchanges for customized items such as T-shirts, mugs, and water bottles. Since these products are personalized as per customer specifications, exchanges cannot be accommodated.

Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product from Wowgifft, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling +91 9790033633 (08:00 AM – 10:30 PM, 7 days a week) or by emailing support@wowgifft.com with photographs of the item. We will either replace the item or process a refund. Refunds, once initiated, typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
