At Wowgifft, we strive to deliver your gifts promptly, securely, and with utmost care. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, carriers, and associated terms.

1. Shipping Eligibility

This shipping policy applies only to orders placed within India. We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to introduce this soon—stay tuned!

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and Shipping within 2–2 business days from our warehouse. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options based on speed and service level. Estimated delivery times are calculated after dispatch from our warehouse.

Fast Shipping Other Indian States 4–6 business days
Flat Shipping Tamil Nadu 6–7 business days
Flat Shipping Other Indian States 6–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier partner delays, or deliveries to remote/pin-code-restricted areas.

4. Delivery Days

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST, excluding public/bank holidays.

5. Shipping Charges

Order Value Shipping Fee
₹1000 and above Free Shipping
Below ₹1000 ₹100 (Flat Rate)

Shipping fees are inclusive of GST. No hidden charges or additional handling fees apply.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

7. Delivery Partners

We are partner with leading logistics services to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Professional Courier.

8. Packaging

We use secure, tamper-proof, and protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and undamaged. For larger or mixed orders, you may receive multiple shipments.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address 
  • Recipient unavailability 
  • Refusal to accept the package 

The parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost and any applicable delivery charges from your refund amount.

10. Upon Receipt of Your Order

We recommend you inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the package appears:

  • Damaged 
  • Tampered with 
  • Missing items 

You must refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day via:

11. Bank Holidays

Please note: No deliveries are made on public or bank holidays. Shipments will resume on the next working day.

12. Payment Methods

We support a wide range of Razorpay-secured online payment options:

  • Debit/Credit Cards 
  • Net Banking 
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM) 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
