1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns can be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and freebies are intact.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is presented.
- Approval for the return is granted by Wowgifft’s customer service team before return shipping.Returns will not be accepted for unauthorized requests or after the 7-day window.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, plants, flowers)
- Gift cards or e-vouchers
- Intimate, personal care, or hygiene-related products
- Any product damaged due to misuse or negligence
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email info@wowgifft.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, contact details, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos if applicable.
- Our support team will review and confirm eligibility.
- You will receive instructions on return pickup or self-shipping (based on location and issue type).
1.4 Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wowgifft will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Wowgifft will not be liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after the returned item passes our quality inspection. You will be notified about:

3. Exchange Policy
Wowgifft offers free replacements for products that are:
- Received damaged or defective
- Incorrect in style, color, or size (as per order)
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at info@wowgifft.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- Our team will verify and arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability
- If the item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a full refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
- All damages, defects, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to process such claims. This helps validate your request and ensure fair resolution.

- Subject line: “Damaged/Wrong Product – Order #[Order ID]”
- Description of the issue
- Photos/videos of the product and outer packaging
- Claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window may be rejected.
5 Cancellation by Wowgifft
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or description
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued without deductions.
6. Special Cases & Notes
6.1 Wrong Product Ordered by Customer
- If a customer places an incorrect order, exchanges are allowed at the customer’s expense (both return and replacement shipping).
- As we are a wholesale platform, such exchanges will be entertained only at the discretion of Wowgifft.
6.2 Customized Orders
- Printed or personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed due to irreversible production costs.
- No exceptions will be made unless the item is received damaged, in which case replacement will be arranged.
7. Delayed Deliveries
