Order Cancellation Support
At Wowgifft, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. To ensure timely processing and delivery of your orders, we follow a strict order cancellation policy as outlined below.
1. No Cancellations After Order Placement
Once an order is placed and confirmed on our website, it cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances. Our order processing system is automated to ensure fast dispatch, which begins immediately after order confirmation.

2. No Modifications to Orders
After the order has been placed, no changes or modifications are allowed, including:
- Changing product quantity or items
- Updating shipping address or contact number
- Requesting delivery date changes
- Adding or removing products
We request customers to double-check all details before confirming the order.
3. Exceptions to Cancellation
In rare and exceptional cases, Wowgifft reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable
- A pricing, listing, or inventory error has occurred
- The delivery address falls in a non-serviceable or restricted location
- Payment or order details appear fraudulent or incomplete
- Technical issues during the transaction or processing
In such cases, the customer will be informed via email or phone, and a full refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled by Wowgifft under the exceptions stated above:
- A 100% refund will be processed
- Refunds are made via the original payment method used (via Razorpay)
- The refund will be credited within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time
Customers will receive an official confirmation and refund tracking reference via email or SMS.
